The Royal

Located in the heart of Springfield, Oregon at 5th and Main, The Royal is the mixed-use center piece of the City's Downtown Renaissance.  This five-story building houses thirty-three one-bedroom units, a community room and a terrace overlooking the city.  Developed by St. Vincent de Paul Society of Lane County as affordable housing, The Royal serves a client demographic that must be at or below 50% of the area's median income level to qualify for residency.  On the ground floor, 4400 square feet of Class A commercial space will enliven Main Street, setting a new tone and character for Springfield's primary retail street.
