Anne DeLaney, AIA
Principal
In sixteen years of practicing architecture in Eugene, Oregon, Anne has worked on a broad range of project types - from modest single-family residential remodels to 60 unit multi-family neighborhoods and institutional projects such as the $14 million dollar Moshofsky Sports Center for the University of Oregon. Through this diversity of experience, in building type and scale, Anne has developed a wealth of design and project management experience.
Since joining Sara Bergsund to form Bergsund DeLaney Architecture & Planning, PC in 1999, Anne has focused on the design affordable housing for individuals with special needs, families and seniors. Her projects range in scale from 15-unit HUD 811 projects for special needs populations, to senior housing in Woodburn to a high-density urban mixed-use project in Springfield. Her goal is to create the highest quality housing and livable communities that meet the vision and budget of her clients while bringing dignity and comfort to the residents who live there.
In addition to practicing architecture, Anne maintains an active relationship with the University of Oregon School of Architecture & Allied Arts as a guest critic and adjunct studio instructor.
